  2. Prioritize funding for programs and services that are working for students. 

  3. Find innovative ways to impact classroom management, teaching, and learning. 

  4. Continually monitor enrollment trends and spending to ensure we are meeting the needs of all students.

Support Teachers & Staff in a fiscally responsible manner.

  1. Supporting teachers and staff by advocating for responsible compensation increases that keep Campbell Staff in the top 1/3 of ALL of Santa Clara County.

  2. Advocate for educator-driven professional development.   

  3. Work with teachers and staff to improve board engagement and transparency.  

Support our Community & Taxpayers

  1. Ensure fiscal responsibility and governance by passing a smart and balanced budget.

  2. Protect taxpayers by making responsible capital investments that modernize our schools.

  3. Foster relationships with the community partners to support student needs.
